Our full Termly-generated privacy policy is being finalised. In the meantime, here is how this website handles your information.

Information we collect

If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, reason and message you provide. We use those details only to respond to your enquiry. Form delivery is handled by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our team inbox.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and an Elfsight widget to display our Google reviews. Neither loads until you accept cookies in the banner. If you decline, no analytics or review-widget cookies are set.

Location data

This site requests your precise location only when you tap "Find your nearest shop." It uses that location once, in your browser, to suggest the closest shop, and does not store or transmit it. You can deny the request and still use the site normally.

Tekmetric's booking window may also ask for your location. That request comes from Tekmetric, not from us, and is covered by their privacy policy.

We do not use IP-based geolocation.

Third parties

Booking is handled on Tekmetric's platform. It opens in a window layered over this page rather than in a separate tab, but the booking form inside that window is Tekmetric's, and anything you enter goes to them. The address of the page you opened it from is passed to Tekmetric. Maps are embedded from Google. When you use those features you are subject to their respective privacy policies.
